Leather jackets have a definitive image and reputation. Guys typically throw one on to add some rough, masculine edge to their look. The more wore in, the better. Imagine the look above with a rustic boot. But I'm a huge fan of treating your leather jacket like any other jacket or blazer in your closet. Case in point: reference Infinity and Beyond..., where I wore my leather with a bold infinity scarf. It can be used to sharpen a look in the same fashion that it can add some edge. The moto leather jacket here is still fairly new with no patina and all details still intact. I've paired it with a very neutral sweater, waxed denim, and suede double monkstraps for that additional touch of sophistication. I could easily sub a blazer for the leather jacket and get a similar effect. Though there's a long history of how men utilize leather jackets, who says you can't rewrite the rules? Wear your leather in whatever fashion suits you best.
