Dreaming of Spring

Today I'm dreaming of Spring.  February has been the coldest month I've experienced in 8 years of living in NYC, and the promise of warmth seems to be one that's still pretty far off.  As I gear up for trips to both California and Mexico in the next month, I'm looking ahead to what I'll be able to wear once the temperature stays permanently above 40 degrees.

I love a great statement sweater, and this anchor graphic print sweater from H&M adds that perfect, nautical spring touch to your look.  I've paired it with white chinos and casual slip-ons.  The look is simple but the balance of blue and white throughout the outfit is just bold enough to capture a few second looks on the street while still being appropriate for the season.  I can't wait until sun and warmth are no longer a Winter dream.
